Kuala Lumpur

One of my best holidays trips – I really like KL. The people are so friendly and welcoming there. The skyline is dominated by the Petronas Towers. Kuala Lumpur is the capital city of Malaysia. It has colonial architecture, charming locals, and a myriad of natural attractions. Divided into numerous districts, its main hub is called the Golden Triangle which comprises Bukit Bintang, KLCC and Chinatown. KL is widely recognised for numerous landmarks, including the Petronas Towers (the world’s tallest twin skyscrapers), Petaling Street flea market, and Batu Caves – which is over 400 million years old.

Uma das minhas ferias favoritas. Eu gostei muito de KL. O povo muito amigável e acolhedor. O céu e dominado pela Tores Petrona. Kuala Lumpur e a capital da Malaysia, arquitetura colonial, lugares charmosos, e beleza natural. Divida em varios distritos. O distrito principal e chamado Golden Triangle a onde fica Bukit Bintang, KLCC e Chinatowns. KL e vastamente reconhecida por inúmeras atrações, incluindo um dos prédios mais altos do mundo, a feira Petaling street e Batu Caves, que tem mais 400 milhoes de anos de idade.

You must visit the towers. You can get tickets, but make sure you book online or buy at the door entrance. It gets really busy. Você deve visitar a torre. Você pode comprar os ingressos on line ou na portaria. Fica muito cheio com turistas.

KL town has very nice colonial buildings. KL tem muita arquitetura colonial bonita.

The Islamic Art Museum is home to one of the best collections of Islamic decorative arts in the world. Aside from the quality of the exhibits, which include fabulous textiles, carpets, jewellery and calligraphy-inscribed pottery, the building itself is a stunner, with beautifully decorated domes and glazed tile work

O museu de Arte Islâmica tem uma das melhores coleções de arte decorativa islâmica do mundo. Tem exibições de qualidade, que inclui carpetes maravilhosos, joias, incriptos caligrafias de poesias. O Prédio e impressionante, com decorações bonitas, e uma cupula com azulejos.

 

Just 30 minutes away from KL you arrive at Batu Caves. The area is known as Little India. It’s a colourful community with streets lined with quaint shops and mom-and-pop restaurants. Its main attraction is the large statue of the Hindu God at the entrance, besides a steep 272 climb up its steps to finally view the stunning skyline of the city centre. Batu Caves is a place you should not miss on your next visit to Malaysia.

Há 30 minutos de distância de KL voce chega às Grutas de Batu. A área conhecida como pequena Índia. A comunidade colorida com shops e restaurantes. A atração principal e a estátua enorme do Deus Hindu na entrada principal, ao longo de um escada de 272 degraus, a onde no topo você tem uma vista da cidade. As grutas de Baku tem que ser visitada na visita a Malaysia.

 

On the way up the 272 steps, you will find some monkeys which are quite amusing, but you shouldn’t  feed them. The monkeys can become aggressive, and you don’t want to get bitten.

No topo dos 272 degraus, você vai achar um macaquinhos que são bem engraçados, mais você não deve alimentá los , eles podem ficar agressivos e morder.

KL bird park is beautiful. It is also known as the Taman Burung Kuala Lumpur, it is billed as the world’s largest covered bird park. The birds are accustomed to being around people so you can get really close to them.

O Parque dos Pássaros e lindo. Conhecido também com Taman Burung Kuala Lumpur, considerado um do maiores parques cobertos. Os pássaros são acostumados a ver pessoas, aí você consegue chegar bem perto dele.

The park is divided into several sections: Brahminy Land, World of Parrots, Flamingo Pond, Hornbill Park and many more, to keep the different species of feathered creatures separate but they are free to fly around their respective enclosures.

O parque e dividido em várias sessões: Brahminy área, mundo dos papagaios, lagos do flamingos, e muito mais. Os pássaros são livres para voar na suas respectivas áreas.

Kuala Lumpur Butterfly Park is a veritable secret paradise where butterflies actually dance nonchalantly in clumps of fern amidst scented beautiful flowers and flowering vines.

Kuala Lumpur parque das Borboleta é um paraíso secreto a onde as Borboletas dançam melancolicamente ao redor das flores.

When I was visiting the Bird park and the Butterfly park, I saw these naughty monkeys hanging around. They were really adorable.

Quando visitava o parque do pássaros e borboletas eu vi esse macaquinhos ao redor. Umas belezinhas.

Discover the Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary – a safe haven for endangered elephants – a short drive north from Kuala Lumpur. This is a day trip. It’s quite a drive. But it’s worth the time.

Descubra o santuario de Kuala Gandah Elephant. Um lugar seguro que cuida de elefantes em extincao. Um viagem curta de KL. Isso Seria um passeio para o dia, mais vale a pena.
